The Top 40 Things I Learned In 2011 - By Vince Del Monte

For the past few years I've been compiling a top things I learned
list and it's that time of year. Just like last year I broke up my top
forty list into four categories that I'm extremely passionate about and
they all start with the letter M: muscle, manhood, marriage and money.
Lots of personal reflection that I'm sure will resonate home.

Looking forward to your comments afterwards... which one stood out to
you? What did you learn in 2011?

Top 10 Things I Learned About Muscle (& Fat Loss):

1. It is possible to build lean muscle mass while in a caloric deficit.
My preparation for the WBFF World Championships proved it.
Optimization of your hormones via training, nutrition, supplementation
& recovery is the key. In short, if every variable of your approach is
PERFECT, be prepared to surprise yourself.

2. It's almost impossible "to lose muscle mass" until you reach the
4-6% body fat range. Don't get caught up in fear-based marketing. The
only time you can lose muscle is when you're body is demanding more
energy than your body can supply. Avoid "extremes" and you'll be fine.

Registered Dietitian Jayson Hunter, the creator of Genesis for an

Question: How is Genesis different from your typical greens formula?

Genesis is designed with 2 specific objectives.

1. To reduce internal inflammation that scientists are uncovering to be
a major underlying reason why certain diseases are so prevalent. Reduce
internal inflammation and there is a reduced risk for diseases to rear
their ugly head.

2. Control appetite and blood sugar levels so that you don't overeat as
well as utilize the food you do eat rather than spike blood sugars and
promote fat storage.

Question: How did you decide on the formula?

Most green products on the market have been focusing on just trying to
see how many fruits and vegetables they can put into a formula. Now
this can be good from an alkaline/acidic relationship and an
antioxidant level, but other than that it doesn't do much more.

only, what would it be?

Creatine? BCAA? Beta-alanine? Protein? Arginine? Glutamine?

All AMAZING muscle building supplement products but none of them match

30 Questions to Review the Year! 9

Over the next few weeks you're going to get an opportunity to meet my
father, Luciano Del Monte. Perhaps, the most influential person in my
life. He's going to share some things he had my brothers and I do
around the "Del Monte household" while growing up. Tonight on Live

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
